Last Saturday, we went to the Royal Academy of Arts to see Ai Wei Wei exhibition. We hadn’t booked any tickets, so when we got there, the queue was so long that we decided to come back first thing on Sunday morning. It was a great idea as we didn’t wait that much the next day and I will soon share with you my impressions on this visit. Before going for a delicious meal in Chinatown, we took that opportunity to shoot a look next to Tree, one of Ai Wei Wei pieces which is set up outside the museum. For the little anecdote, this installation is referring to one of this contemporary Chinese artist most frequent theme which is individuality. For this look, I have decided to wear a burgundy flared dress (this colour is very trendy this season) with a very handy bucket bag I found in Zara which also has little burgundy details. I have added to that a military style jacket (I am a huge fan of this sort of jackets) which has a perfect length for me and some funky tights from one of last year’s Gambettes Box. I am also wearing a pair of earrings made by Lucile, the designer behind Les bijoux de Lu, whom I had told you about recently here. I really like the mix of natural stones and feathers which gives a little boho edge to these earrings. So, what do you think of this look?
