Since the 27th of September, Sofitel Saint James in London is hosting a photo exhibition, La Parisienne by Sofitel, along with different experiences for their guests such as personal styling sessions, exclusive cocktails and menus etc. I had already mentioned this to you in my post about Willa Gebbie who was commissioned to create some illustrations for a style guide written by the British blogger Ella Catliff especially for this event.
Three weeks ago, I had the chance to go to Paris for work and took that opportunity to check out “Er Xi, Air de Jeux” exhibition by Ai Wei Wei at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche. Two weeks ago I went to see the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition at the Barbican Centre in London. This retrospective is showcasing a huge number of the designer’s creations including his iconic coned-shaped bras and sailor stripes. It was amazing to see the breadth of his work and the richness of his designs where every little detail is thought through.
